According to public relation report of  Amirkabir University of Technology: Dr. Jamal Shahrabi   secretary  of fifth conference in Iran stated the goal of holding the two-day conference is to discuss and develop data mining knowledge and a vast need of the organizations using knowledge prospect of data mining  and stated: This Science is  comprehensive in all parts of the country and on the other hand  other organizations have also announced that they need to use this knowledge  in such a way that in many of the great companies the data mining sector has formed beside the other sectors. <br />
This scientific  faculty member of Industries  Engineering of Amirkabir University of Technology  said: Now all universities and industries of the country are familiar  with the knowledge and the necessity of using it and the influence and the coefficient of this knowledge in the country has increased, also every year we are witness of increasing the number of articles to participate in the data mining conference .This year 600 articles has been sent to the secretariat  of the conference and after the proper  judgment m 200 articles were selected for presentation in the conference . Referring to the sixth conference that  will be held on December 5 and 6 of 2012 reminded: six books in this conference will be the unveiling that so far 10 special edition  books  has been published  at Amirkabir University of Technology . <br />
He added: in this conference four specialized  workshop has been held  in the fields of banking industry , the prospect of data mining  in maintenance and repairs, the application of data mining in Quality Engineering  and capability of reliability and quality assurance and a review of the software prospect. <br />
The secretary of fifth conference in Iran specified: two professional prospect f data mining is going to be held at this conference. They   included data mining in industry and data mining in medicine. <br />
He pointed out: the plan of data mining seminar and workshop comprehensive training in provinces of the country is on the agenda of secretariat of this conference,  in the past year such a conference was held in the provinces of Khorasan, Mazandaran. the provinces of Isfahan, Qazvin, Kerman, Alborz are the next provincial conference hosts . <br />

 According to the public relations of Amirkabir University: Prof.Alireza Rahai ,chairman of Amirkabir University of Technology,with pointing out that data mining is a tool and technique  to discover information and knowledge said: data mining was an important issue everywhere  and there is the hope of  expanding this field to analyze the raised issues in the country. <br />
He added: Amirkabir University of Technology in recent decades has been the origin of new educational areas that are around 30 educational programs has been provided in recent years that discussion of data mining can be mentioned. <br />
Prof. Rahai stated: Today is world of Information Technology and the role of information and its related fields are not deniable and he also added: today the nation superiority goes back to their knowledge and scientific saving and thus the importance of scientific issues development has a special place in scientific issues and also lots of useful activities are done in the field of data mining. <br />
In another part of his speech he mentioned: The comprehensive scientific map of the country is the map of the road. Although the general lines and infrastructures are shown but the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolutions should fulfill the operational part of this map with the help of universities. <br />
Prof. Rahai said: Now that the Iranian universities and Iranian industries are familiar with the concept of data mining and its broad application, we are on the eve of launching of Master of Data Mining as one of the Industial Engineering‘s major at the university. Amirkabir university  stating that the developments in the field of creativity and scientific issues have been satisfying acknowledged: In order to speak out firmly in the world and not to let the foreigners interfere in our affairs, we should save our independency and pay more attention to research areas and have scientific influence. <br />
He continued: With the continuous efforts by the Department of Industrial Engineering, the data mining laboratory was inaugurated in at Industrial Engineering Faculty and this university has innovated new range of majors which are more welcomed by four centers in Amirkabir University of Technology related to Industrial Engineering and Industrial Management.<br />
 Finally, he pointed out: We should pay attention to purposeful and directed studies and researches in the country in order to fix the country’s problem. <br />
He added: data mining referes to examine and analyze vast amounts of data to discover meaningful patterns and rules hidden within the data. Which its aim is to enable a company to improve marketing, sales and customer support functions through better understanding of customers. According to the Amirkabir University of Technology’s public relations: Dr. Behrooz Vahidi, faculty member of Electronic Engineering and Amirkabir’s professor, with years of efforts in his academic and professionals field managed to bring 240 scientific articles in his CV work. He has been able to publish 100 scientific papers in international journals and 140 scientific articles in international conferences by his research activities in the field of engineering. This faculty member of Amirkabir University of Technology has written a book entitled ” Power system modeling” and has translated and published 4 books in the field of power engineering. So far, Dr. Vahidi has done 7 projects of industrial research which the most important projects has been carried out jointly with the Tavanir Company and subject of  insulation coordination studies on transmission equipment  network  and  transferring  the results  on this network has been studied in this research. He has already been guiding six Ph.D. students and 8 Master students. Also Dr.Parviz Parvin, the faculty member of Physics and Nuclear Engineering of Amirkabir University of Technology, was selected superior technical individual.Dr Parvin is the chairman of Alvand gas located in development center of Amirkabir University of Technology. According to the public relation of Amirkabir University of Technology’s report,Sajad Fashandi ,Master graduate of Textile Chemistry and  Fiber Science stated about the details on this project: B y using the color management system of produced color, component of analog color can be processed to a digital signal processing by a color digital image system and  as a result  a convergence between the traditional equipment for measuring color and digital color image was created. In other words, the digital signals produced have the capabilities of processing by PCs, so the signals can be printed with a conventional digital inkjet printer. <br />
He stated: The re-production of textile paint on paper and ink production in order to use ordinary inkjet printers (such as Epson, Canon, etc.) and digital printing on the fabric are presented as project objectives and in this direction dominance over the performance of input and output devices and paint production in order to control the process is of particular importance. As well as the results of this study is extended for polymer sheets and all the paper. Pointing out that making the decision takes place faster in order to accept or reject the simple regarding color coordination and quick access and judgment toward the textile paint on printed paper added: The industrialized method covers the wide range of industries related to re-production of color. For example the textile industry (the sectors related to dyeing and printing processes), color making (manufacturing of industrial paints, construction and printing), food industry (in order to control the color of food) and the polymers production with specific color coordination can be mentioned as the field of application of this research. According to the public relation of Amirkabir University of Technology’s report, Seyed Mohammad Barzgari,master graduate of Mine Engineering, was chosen as a young researcher in the research, industry and trade festival as a consequence of providing a research about the process of extraction lithium from deposits of a saline’s design. Seyed Mohammad Bazgari , master graduate of Mine Engineering ,said about this research project: In order to access new technologies and advanced extraction and purification of lithium and  production of its derivatives to develop lithium batteries industry and hybrid electronic vehicles, the focus study of this research project started and as a result , the most important achievement was done as a new method of processing and extraction of lithium reserves of saline. This plan eventually includes two methods for extraction of lithium from deposits of saline.<br />
 He added: In the first method of this research purification has been considered as a key and important process In the case of lithium production chain and output of the final pool of evaporative ponds with the content of lithium 6 / 1 to 6 percent is used as input of this method.  <br />
The master graduate of Amirkabir University of Technology asserted: In this method, for the first time, by eliminating costly and complicated method of decarbonization, Solvent extraction and ion exchange and only with one step Lithium chloride solution purified with the required grade-appropriate with the grade requirements for lithium batteries and the amount of calcium and magnesium impurities are reduced .this method has the ability to remove most of polyvalent metal ions. <br />
He stated: The process of extracting lithium from a saline purification supplies, like most developed countries and relevant technical knowledge acts as an independent phase, thus lithium salts such as industrial grade lithium carbonate form the input of this sector. <br />
He said: In this method by integration with decarbonization (if needed) and sequestration designed methods, the salts of lithium are purified to the grades of batteries and higher grades.<br />
 He said: The benefits of this approach in addition to the ability of purifying lithium salts is the ability of using that in  the removal of calcium and magnesium ions and sulfate ions from the industrial water, which has important scientific and technological role. <br />

According to the public relation of Amirkabir University of Technology‘s report: Prof. Alireza Rahai mentioned in first international conference of Acoustic and Vibration’s opening ceremony: As respects to the subject that acoustic and vibration is a n important issue and can be used in various industries, the specialized laboratory of acoustic and vibration is going to be launched in central laboratory of Amirkabir University of Industry. He added: Lots of expenses have been allocated to the launch of this laboratory and we hope that with the commissioning of this laboratory, the problem of knowledge production is solved in this field. Amirkabir’s chairman stating that the country has been delayed in the domain of scientific resources development in the field of acoustic and vibration and rather than other countries and he added :Amirkabir University of Technology is planning to launch the acoustic laboratory in this field  two recent years  with the purpose of  elimination of   the scientific  needs in this area. <br />

According to the record of public relation of Amirkabir University of Technology, Dr Bakhtiari Nejad, secretary of first international conference in acoustic and vibrations, mentioned in the inauguration ceremony : 220 oral articles are provided in this conference and added: there are two key speakers from Canada and United of America.<br />
 He also said: Eight workshops have been held in the first acoustic and vibration conference with following topics: Machine vibration analysis and troubleshooting, isolation application to reduce seismic vibration of structures, Modal analysis of environmental (theatrical background, practical experiments), vibration and shock test standards and equipment requirements, test design and installation of vibrating gravitational in vibration control of structures, new tools and methods for the identification and mapping of noise sources.<br />

According to the public relation report of Amirkabir University of Technology,<br />
 Mohammad Javad Ketabdari, one of the faculty members of Marine Engineering of Amirkabir University of Technology mentioned that: this software is now capable of simulating the interaction of waves and coastal structures such as fixed gravel crushers, porous and pitted.<br />
 He added: wave is the most important factor in see environment that drive force into beaches and offshore structures which these waves are caused by amplitude and different frequencies under the effect of wind shear stress, moon and sun gravitation and earthquake. This researcher stated: From mathematics and physics vision that these waves are classified in two groups of linear and nonlinear that each of them can be regular and irregular.<br />
 He said: In this software with slimy fluid, from Navir’s equation, stokes, for modeling the circulation behavior and the volume of fluid method was used for free surface water modeling. In order to solve Navir’s equation, stokes, the following methods has been used two-stage analysis method, free surface modeling from Yen’s algorithms, generating linear and nonlinear waves at the upstream boundary of the relation of classical wave theory , to prevent the wave reflection at the downstream boundary of the open boundary condition . Ketabdari mentioned : This model is also capable of producing pedal waves moves into the flume according to the history of each desired wave .<br />
He added: with this research, a number of graduates and doctorates student of Marin Engineering of Amirkabir University of Technology (Bandar Abbas unit) are trying to expand the offshore structures  modeling specially for wave interaction and floating platforms and also simultaneous study of forces caused by waves and  Aslashyng on floating , controlled marine tanks that the results of this research has led to three published  lectured papers and three ISI papers that they are in the reception stage. <br />
The faculty members of Marine Engineering of Amirkabir University of Technology mentioned:  With the implementation of this project and accomplishment of university marine laboratory in Bandar Abbas that includes tanks and three-dimensional wave aquifer, soon with providing the possibility of investigating the sea phenomena in the form of combined laboratory and numerical, the university will be the witness of a great change in the field of marine research in the country. A report released by public relation department of AUT cited Dr. Mohammad Rabi’ee, an associate professor of medical engineering as detailing on the device said: &quot;Patients with diabetes who want to control their disease scientifically they have to measure the suger in their blood 3 to 4 times a day requiring them to pay a lot of money and the companies producing the kit change the models of their kits repetitively resulting in confusion of the patients and costing them too much.&quot;<br />
He added: &quot;The produced kit costs patient one sixth of the price being paid for the foreign product. And because it is an internal product the producer provide after sell service and control.&quot;<br />
He continued: &quot;A software installed on the device by which Farsi language could be installed for the patients to guide them in using the kit.'<br />
He stipulated: &quot;There are 30 known foreign producers of the kit but the strip of none of them corresponds with that of the others but internal produced kits have internal produced strips so the patients don’t need to change the strips repetitively and its quality is higher than that of the foreign products.&quot;<br />
Dr. Rabi’ee said: &quot;We spend two years working on the project to make it applicable and now we are working for industrial production of the kit.'<br />

Mortezza Emami, the principal researcher of the project, said that contemporary method of printing on clothe in Iran is manual: &quot;In the project, using modern technology, an automatic and portable machine has been produced which prints pictures on clothe in 4 to 6 colors,&quot; the public relation of AUT reported.<br />
He added: &quot;Small size and portability of the machine comparing its effectiveness are of its advantages and because of that there is no need for gable bents and it is usable in small workplaces.&quot; <br />
According to Emami, use of new colors is another advantage of the project: &quot;These colors which produced in framework of the same project and obtained a patent are baked by infrared so unlike the common colors they are not separated from clothe in duration of the time.&quot;<br />
He added: &quot;All the process of printing is settable by software and it is possible to print about 600 pictures in an hour.&quot;<br />
According to Emami, the process of printing includes designing the picture and printing it in four separated colors, producing the template of the designs, printing the colors one by one, and transferring them into the color-baking machine: &quot;In the machine feasibility of supervising by the user is provisioned in such a way that each one of the works in printing could be excluded from the circuit or it is feasible to print two designs simultaneously one in two colors and the other in 4 colors.<br />
He added: &quot;Saving and effectiveness of the machine results in return of its initial cost in one year from saving of place, speed, effectiveness and manpower.&quot;<br />

&quot;Dry-ice chiller does not need consumption electricity and automobile battery activates circulation pomp and it does not need more electric energy,&quot; Dr Parviz Parvin detailing the project said.<br />
&quot;The whole system can be put in a van and some of its vast expanse of applications includes chilling hot fluid, transporting the marines, providing cold water and drinks in remote industrial, or defensive places, oil jetties and oil rigs,&quot; He stipulated.<br />
&quot;Using this new system, the marines such as fish, shrimp, lobster can be transported alive to the place of consumption. It is also of high effectiveness in places where fluid chilling is of high need, specially in south areas of Iran in summer,&quot; Dr. Parvin said, explaining on other uses of the chiller.<br />
&quot;Dry ice powder with high efficiency and more cross section area does the function of chilling in such a way that 20 centigrade degree water rapidly in a few minutes falls to 2 centigrade degree,&quot; He reminded. <br />
&quot;Rapid chilling of hot fluids, very low consumption of electricity, extraordinary high stability of the temperature of the fluid in length of time, easy production and supply, easy transportation, low expense of maintenance, and considerable low total price in comparison with similar industrial products are of advantages of the project,&quot; The professor of university said.<br />
