Concrete Technology: Capable of using a wide range of concrete laboratory apparatus such as Schmidt Hammer, Half-Cell Potential, Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity, Covermeter, Crack Microscopic Examination, Resonant Frequency, Permeability, pH Content and Carbonation Depth. Able to use the various types of aggregates and cementitious and pozzolanic materials in concrete.
Construction Material Laboratory: Capable of using a wide range of construction material laboratory apparatus.
Computing: Knowledgeable in use of a wide range of software such as Microsoft Office Software (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Graphical Software (e.g. Paint Shop Pro, Adobe PhotoShop, Visio). Familiar with programming languages such as Visual Basic, C programming, Object-Oriented Programming, Knowledge-Based Expert System programming, Database Management System. Computer hardware integration and fault diagnosis, Software installation and IT support.
